- Must always be accompanied by their Adult Partner.
- CANNOT attend Day Camp.
- CANNOT attend Cub Scout Resident Camp.
- CANNOT use knives, saws, or axes.
- CANNOT cook outdoors.
- CANNOT participate in shooting sports programs
